We fancy-fied the typical sundress and created the Flared Shoulder Tunic from Vince Camuto. Its flutter sleeves and loose fit make it comfortable for an active day. We constructed this dress from sheer insets of fabric, a self-tie waist, and a slight slit at the neckline for a seductive touch. Pair this rich colored dress with a bold tote and colorblock heels.
