Online & Retail Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced or sale (ending in .99 price point) items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Vince Camuto receipt/invoice or gift receipt within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns of items purchased on clearance (ending in .97 price point) at any time. All swimwear and clearance items are considered Final Sale.

Please be sure to include all unused items in their original received packaging and all tags in place in order to receive a refund on Full Price or sale (ending in .99 price point) merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Any items not in their original packaging or appear worn/used will not be considered for return/refund and will be returned to sender.  Any items returned outside the regulated timeframes will also not be considered for return/refund and will be returned to sender.

Please ship your packaged return, to the address below. All returned packages must be shipped using a service that tracks shipments, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Once you ship your returned items through such a provider, you will be able to use its online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of fifteen (15) business days for us to receive and process your return. You can anticipate a refund within thirty (30) business days of when we receive your return. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

All Fragrance: The fragrance must not be opened or used in order to be considered for a full refund on a return. If the product is not in it's original wrapped packaging, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Price Adjustments: Vince Camuto offers a one-time price adjustment on any full-price merchandise within 7 (seven) days of your retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. If an item is not purchased at its full price, the purchase will be ineligible for any price adjustment.

CLEARANCE Items: All items with prices ending in .97 are Clearance/Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

NOTE: All online orders must be returned to VinceCamuto.com. Please follow our return shipping guidelines on the return form placed in your shipment. If you are unable to print this form, contact Customer Service by calling 866-239-0643 or sending an email to customerservice@VinceCamuto.com. At this time we are unable to accept returns at a store for any web purchases, or return store purchases via our web site. All returns must be completed at their original source of purchase. 

We are unable to accept returned merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.VinceCamuto.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased. If the retail location will not accept your return, please call Camuto Group Customer Service at 866-239-0643


Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier: Most items are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery.
All orders ship from New Jersey. BorderFree orders ship via DHL (International Shipments).

  • No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)
  • Next Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
  • Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next Day air for your ship method.
  • UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a Street address in the U.S for your ship to address.

Shipping Costs: For orders to be shipped that contain more than six (6) items, we will contact you directly with the shipping cost rate prior to processing your order. Orders placed with 3 Day air will cost Seventeen United States Dollars ($17 US). Orders placed with Next Day air will cost Twenty Seven United States Dollars ($27 US).

Out-of-Stock Items: Due to special order requests, the high volume of purchases through the VinceCamuto.com website and sometimes to circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at customerservice@VinceCamuto.com if you have questions about our delivery capabilities.

Return Policy

Web to Store Returns: Please note, at this time we are unable to accept returns at a store for any web purchases, or return store purchases via our web site. All returns must be completed at their original source of purchase.

Please complete and include the return form that came with your order. If you no longer have the form, please contact Customer Service by calling 866-239-0643 or sending an email to customerservice@VinceCamuto.com. Customer Service will then direct you with return instructions.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or Defective products that are returned to VinceCamuto.com are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department.

 

Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

 

SHOES

We are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. If any manufacturing defects occur within one year from your purchase timeframe, repairs are on us (kindly send us your receipt and proof of purchase). You may choose to contact customer service team 24/7 via e-mail or phone during business hours (8AM – 7PM EST) please include:

  • the style name or number (can be found on the white label inside the product)
  • photos of the item clearly showing the problem
  • a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement)

Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to: broken hardware/heels and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, and misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed previously to claim.

 

HANDBAGS and WALLETS

Vincecamuto.com customers enjoy a one year warranty on our handbags and wallets. If any manufacturing defects occur within this one year from purchase timeframe, repairs are on us (kindly send us your receipt and proof of purchase). Vince Camuto clothing moves with the trends and seasons.  Where we can, we will provide you with extra buttons or beads in case any go missing (be sure to keep them safely stored!). Due to the delicate nature of our designs, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. JEWELRY

Vincecamuto.com offers a one year warranty on all of our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. If any manufacturing defects occur within this one year from purchase timeframe, repairs are on us (kindly send us your receipt and proof of purchase). If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange within thirty (30) days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact.

 

 

 

Credits for Returned Products

We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged for those products that meet the conditions described in this policy to be accepted as a returned product. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two (2) billing cycles.


Credits to a Gift Certificate

If you used a gift certificate to pay for part of the order, we will issue you a new gift certificate code for the value spent via that method. After we credit your gift certificate, we credit the remaining amount, if any, of the return to your credit card that was used to pay the remaining order balance.When you return an order that was purchased with a gift certificate (the entire order or just part of it), there are two ways that we can process the return:

  • NOTE: We're sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

When we process a return for an order that was purchased with a credit card and a gift certificate, we deduct the shipping charges from the gift certificate.


Orders Using Promotion or Discount Codes

Any discounts that you received through your use of a promotion or discount code shall be maintained when refunding you the amount of money you paid for a returned product. For instance, if you used a code that provided you with a discount of twenty percent (20%) off your total order, you will not be refunded the individual product price for a returned product obtained through that order, but rather, you will be refunded the individual product price less the discount of twenty percent (20%) off that individual price.


Orders Sent as Gifts

If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and s/he returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (i.e. your credit card).

 

International Shipping

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by  Borderfree. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

I have a gift card that I had planned to use online. Why is this no longer a payment option?
Unfortunately, Borderfree cannot accept Vince Camuto gift cards as a payment method. Please contact customer service at customerservice@vincecamuto.com for help. International orders are not accepted via gift card payment.
