The Vince Camuto Guarantee: We guarantee our products to be free of any manufacturing defects. If you have any questions or concerns about the quality of our product, our Customer Service will review the item for any flaws or deficiencies. If the item appears to contain any damages or defects after review, we will accept a full refund or exchange of item(s).

Online Purchases: Vince Camuto gladly accepts any returns of unworn or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date. Any unworn or defective sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date.

Retail Store Purchases: Refunds on full-priced unworn merchandise given within 14 days with a receipt. Refunds on Sales/Discount unworn merchandise given within 7 days with a receipt. Price adjustments on unworn merchandise within 7 days with a receipt. Store Credit for lowest selling price will be given for unworn returns without a receipt. Worn items, opened fragrance, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable.

All Swimwear: Only unworn and unaltered swimwear may be returned. The unworn and unaltered swimwear item(s) must include the original hangtags attached, and with the original liner intact.

All Fragrance: The fragrance must not be opened or used in order to be considered for a full refund on a return. If the product is not in it's original wrapped packaging, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Price Adjustments: Vince Camuto offers a one-time price adjustment on any full-price merchandise within 7 (seven) days of your retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. If an item is not purchased at its full price, the purchase will be ineligible for any price adjustment.

Final Sale Items: All items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

CLEARANCE Items: All items with prices ending in .97 are Clearance/Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier: Most items are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery.
All orders ship from New Jersey. BorderFree orders ship via DHL (International Shipments).

  • No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)
  • Next Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10AM EST are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
  • Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next Day air for your ship method.
  • UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a Street address in the U.S for your ship to address.

Shipping Costs: For orders to be shipped that contain more than six (6) items, we will contact you directly with the shipping cost rate prior to processing your order. Orders placed with 3 Day air will cost Seventeen United States Dollars ($17 US). Orders placed with Next Day air will cost Twenty Seven United States Dollars ($27 US).

Out-of-Stock Items: Due to special order requests, the high volume of purchases through the website and sometimes to circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at if you have questions about our delivery capabilities.

Return Policy

Web to Store Returns: Please note, at this time we are unable to accept returns at a store for any web purchases, or return store purchases via our web site. All returns must be completed at their original source of purchase.

Please complete and include the return form that came with your order. If you no longer have the form, please contact Customer Service by calling 866-239-0643 or sending an email to Customer Service will then direct you with return instructions.


Packaging Your Return

Please include the Completed return form along with the following information:

  • Your name, address, email address, and order number (Order No. can be found on the top right corner of your invoice)

  • Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions

  • A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s). For example, please note if the product was (i) too small or too large, (ii) uncomfortable to wear; (iii) incorrect color; (iv) color or other aspects of the product not as pictured on the website; (v) wrong item received; (vi) returning Gift; (vii) received too late; (viii) did not like; (ix) exchanging for a different item; and/or (x) damaged in shipping.
  • If exchanging for a different item, please complete the bottom portion of the return form


Returns Address

Please ship your packaged return, prepaid, to the address below. All returned packages must be shipped using a service that tracks shipments, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Once you ship your returned items through such a provider, you will be able to use its online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Attention: Return Department

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within thirty (30) days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email, using the contact information you supplied to us when you placed your original order, when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or Defective products that are returned to are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and replaced, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product. We will replace your Vince Camuto product with the same style and size, if available, or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style or size returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange within thirty (30) days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it is in upon our receipt of your returned package. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Obtained from a source other than an authorized Vince Camuto product dealer
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

Credits for Returned Products

We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged for those products that meet the conditions described in this policy to be accepted as a returned product. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two (2) billing cycles.

Credits to a Gift Certificate

When you return an order that was purchased with a gift certificate (the entire order or just part of it), there are two ways that we can process the return:

  • If you used a gift certificate to pay for part of the order, the credit will be issued to the gift certificate first, even if the balance of the gift certificate was zero after the order was placed.
  • After we credit your gift certificate, we credit the remaining amount, if any, of the return to your credit card that was used to pay the remaining order balance.

NOTE: We're sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

When we process a return for an order that was purchased with a credit card and a gift certificate, we deduct the shipping charges from the gift certificate.

Orders Using Promotion or Discount Codes

Any discounts that you received through your use of a promotion or discount code shall be maintained when refunding you the amount of money you paid for a returned product. For instance, if you used a code that provided you with a discount of twenty percent (20%) off your total order, you will not be refunded the individual product price for a returned product obtained through that order, but rather, you will be refunded the individual product price less the discount of twenty percent (20%) off that individual price.

Orders Sent as Gifts

If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and s/he returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (i.e. your credit card).


International Shipping

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by  Borderfree. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
