Free shipping is valid on all orders over $50 from VinceCamuto.com, delivering to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Purchase of gift cards, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Some promotions may preclude a free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. *Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: VinceCamuto.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Shipping Options and Timing

VinceCamuto.com packages are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from New Jersey and California. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Delivery costs and arrival dates will vary, depending on where packages are being delivered.

To meet our customers' needs, we offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (5-10 business days)- $4.95 or Free for orders over $50
  • UPS 3 Day Select- $17
  • UPS Next Day Air - $27

At this time, Vince Camuto can only ship orders in the contiguous United States. 

  • Vince Camuto does not ship to the following:
    • International Addresses
    • PO Boxes
    • Military Addresses
    • Puerto Rico/ Guam/Virgin Islands or other US Territories

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

UPS Ground (5-10 business days)

  • UPS Ground packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. 
  • Ground Time-in-Transit Maps provide full-color U.S. maps illustrating the number of transit days for delivery via UPS ground services within the 50 states. 

Expedited Shipping (UPS 3-Day and UPS Next Day Air)

  • All expedited orders placed before 7AM PST/ 10AM EST will ship same-day. Once the order is processed, it will ship with the expedited method selected. 
  • At this time, we are unable to cancel any Orders that have Expedited Shipping selected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Expedited Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Next Day shipping. 

Address updates with UPS MyChoice

For UPS address changes, we encourage customers to create a “UPS My Choice” membership, which allows them to use features to reschedule or redirect delivery to an alternative address or The UPS Store. Additionally, upgraded packages may arrive one day earlier.

Lost Packages

Please note: All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date

  • If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.
  • Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.
  • If you still are unable to find your package, please contact us, and we will be happy to start a claim with the shipper.
  • Please note that package claims can take up to 8 business days to be completed.
  • During the claim process, the shipper will contact you to investigate this case.
  • Once the claim is closed, we will assist with a refund/replacement.
