"I hesitated to leave this review, but I hope it might help others who are considering a purchase. Overall, this transaction was quite disappointing. I was really excited about my wide-legged boots and looked forward to their arrival. Unfortunately, once they arrived, my excitement quickly faded because the boots looked cheap, didn't look like real leather, and the calf was extremely wide. This wasn’t the quality I expected from Vince Camuto. I attempted to return them, only to find out there would be a return charge, which added to my frustration. I will add that I purchased the wide, wide calf so perhaps that made a difference in how they fit."

"If you return your items and have your original form of payment refunded, they will charge you an ADDITIONAL handling fee. These boots are not comfortable. The footbed is off-kilter, almost like they are too big, but its more of the pitch of the boot. Also - on the extra-wide shaft, they are REALLY wide, and the way they are sewn, the back of your calf looks like it has a big bump coming out of it."
