Returns

Vince Camuto accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of placing your order. Items purchased between Nov. 4th - Dec. 31st are eligible for extended returns through Jan. 18th.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. 

Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from returns.vincecamuto.com will take longer to refund. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges on our products. If the product was not to your satisfaction, we recommend starting a return above.

Final Sale

Swimwear, Clothing, and clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in $0.97 price point are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
