"First of all, we’re shipped in only the shoe box covered in plastic wrap that was torn. Fit kind of small and narrow and I would not say my foot is wide at all. Material/leather that wraps around the base(wedge) of the shoe has a seam that runs down the inner side of the shoe, not cute. Fit small, disappointed really wanted these to be cute. Guess I will be sending back even though they will be charging me for that."

"The shoes were sent to the wrong address that was prepopulated on your website with shopify. I tried to cancel the order or change the shipping address immediately but your site/shopify wouldnt allow it. Your customer. service was horrible and you sent me to Seel the shipping insurance company? They were a joke and also horrible and did not help me. I never received the shoes and I am out the money that I spent. I will never purchase anything from Vince Camuto or any company using Shopify again."

"I sent them back. They're pretty but I really can't work all day in them. I'm an assistant manager for jjill and work many hours . I didn't think I could get through a whole day in them, nor should I do so. LP issue without a back support strap. Nevertheless you're my favorite show company. Please bring back a new iteration of Winchell Motors. I buy them every year"
