Returns & Exchanges

Vince Camuto accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Returned in original condition
  • Sent back with all original tags and packaging (shoe box)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following purchases cannot be returned through the VinceCamuto.com returns portal:

  • Items purchased in retail stores
  • Purchases made through third-party retailers, department stores, or resellers
  • Orders placed on non-VinceCamuto.com websites
  • Items marked Final Sale

Any merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, visit our return portal here.

When your return is registered, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • A packing slip 

Important:

The packing slip must be included inside your return package. Returns received without a packing slip may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping & Refund Options

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund to Original Payment Method

If you choose a refund to your original payment method:

  • A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund via Gift Card

If you choose a gift card refund:

  • You will receive the full refund amount
  • No return shipping deduction will apply
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Incorrect or Defective Items

    If you received the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Support team immediately so we can assist you.

    Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

    Exchanges 

    We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please do not remove tags before initiating the exchange.

    Visit our Return & Exchange Portal to begin your exchange. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your exchange label. You’ll receive all the necessary details, including the designated carrier, for your return shipment.

    Drop off your exchange package at the specified location within 10 days of initiating the process. To avoid delays, ensure you use the carrier specified on your exchange label.

    Final Sale

    Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

    Klarna
